| Abstract |
According to public announcement meterial from Ministry of Land, the result of CM as increasing for 20% more than last year, it keep to steady growth even Construction Market's recession. But Regardless of various revisions made, in accordance with its present condition, construction management struggles to deal with unacceptable assessment costs and, therefore, hinders the overall development of the industry. As a result, this research is conducted to analyze fifty counts of illogical calculations ordered by the public CM corporations and examine the existence of irrationality among the expenses. |
