| Abstract |
The movable building has very specific solutions and operation mechanisms in order to solve problems of the non-movable buildings. The design method of the movable building needs to be done through an understanding process of its own characteristics and mechanisms. This study aims to make a proposal of a basic design method for movable building and to think about its appliance possibilities. A design method for movable buildings following a process of five steps was developed and was based on the evaluation step, recent studies and literature review about movable mechanisms. Finally, the present study proposes the deploying movable building on road spaces and its application plans through the movable building design method application. |
