| Abstract |
With the increase in the demand for sustainability, Korean Green Building Certification System came into force in 2002. The existing Korean Green Building Certification System has been implemented as G-SEED integrated with the Housing Performance Rating System since June 2013. The aim of this study is to suggest refinement schemes for energy and pollution assessment criteria of G-SEED. We compared and analyzed assessment items and methods of various foreign green building certification systems: LEED of USA, CSH and BREEAM of UK, CASBEE of Japan, BEAM of Hong Kong. Based on the analysis results, we suggested assessment plans considered to be effective for each assessment item. |
