| Abstract |
The purpose of this study is to analysis the planning characteristics of Segok Rien Park 4th complex at Gangnam-gu which has been developed very first senior apartment by Seoul city. In order for this study, the method is as follows. First, analysing the advanced research of senior apartment and draw analysis items from that. Second, research of senior apartment project in and out of Korea. Also figure out a outdoor rest area and welfare facilities using CAD drawings, E-Brochure, and visiting site. The result of this study is as follows. First, in the case of site plan, the senior apartment is designed with the flow of minimum human traffic compare with other complex because the welfare facilities are located in the middle of complex. But it has a weakness for social exchange with neighbor complex. Second, outdoor plan is well designed along with 5th complex. 4th complex has gate ball place for senior person and there are more health equipment, sport facilities such as acupressure treatment street which is good for senior. only 4th and 5th complex have a water space among the 1st through 5th complex. And it is very unique item in these apartment complex. Third, in the case of welfare facilities 1st to 5th complex have no difference at hall for the elderly even if 4th complex is specially designed for senior apartment. But at 4th complex has one another facility which is senior center. there are rest area, sport room and meeting room in senior center. In conclusion, Rien Park 4th complex which is fist senior apartment in seoul has not enough research for senior behavior and study for senior apartment. So later on it need to study on post occupancy evaluation of senior apartment and more research on senior satisfaction for complex environment. |
