| Abstract |
The purpose of the following research essay is for the development of the classification degrees of building uses. For this research, the process of classifying buildings has been conducted from examinations through relative acts essentializing studio type public facilities. Abiding legal limitations of square measurements, general evacuation and evacuation due to fire outbreaks has been organized, proceeding to opinionated errors of classifying building uses. Thus, as a result, the studio type public facilities are classified to residential, social welfare, educational, and general and adult entertainment. This research proposes the classification process of building uses, providing professionally and validly confirmed standards. |
