Abstract This research investigated the factor influencing work productivity on each gender of employees in business facilities improved as a composite of cultural exchanges and welfare convenience. It was conducted to measure an user satisfaction in improved detail space of research area which was drawn as independent variables, individual job performance rate in efficiency and effectiveness as a dependent variables. The study by pls-regression showed that it was important for male employees to have spacial structure with flexible layouts, office equipments environment focusing on work itself, optimized space for collecting work-related information. On the other hand, for female employees it was having space where communicate freely and improving office environment more comfortable. However, The cafeteria, which provides meal and communication and day care center policy, which reduces burden of infant care, are appeared as common factors. This research has proved that male and female employees have different demands in space affecting work productivity. And it provide the foundation for new office design strategy.
