Abstract |
The former study for this subject has been done about evaluation indicators of circulation systems for mixed use buildings. As a follow-up study, the purpose of this study is to determine weight and evaluation criteria of evaluation indicators. The study is performed by the following approaches: first, the analysis of the quantification indicator is conducted based on the result of the former study. Second, the field investigation is carried out on 9 cases by using the quantification indicator. Third, the evaluation criteria and grade are determined for the evaluation indicator of mixed-use building's circulation system. The evaluation indicator is classified as 5 groups according to circulation system elements of central area, path, entrance, E/S and facility, and the evaluation indicator consists of 21 indicators. For evaluation criteria, final weights are scored as five grades of A~E with the equal interval. The evaluation grade stands for the relative rating whether an area is expected to be activated with relatively high or low probability. |
