Abstract |
In the time of the rise of senior citizens which is the biggest risk by rapid increasing, the need comes to the fore for the senior citizens. Also, around baby boomer's big retirement and the middle classes the life after retirement find a way. weakened support in a family, welfare, increasing of the costs of health care for the elderly etc, is not only for personal problem but also social problem and national questions. Countermeasures for retirements will be different between economics and social cultures. Therefore we could get the direction by checking the advanced countries's change shape appearance. This research get all information from research, theory etc, after 2003. From the information, we tried to seek for solution to overcome the elder people problem. Making Age-friendly Residential Area will be really important start for all people and elder people and to get good quality life. The aged need to organize the present life space first. However, the life of people from Baby-boomer will have big difference from the present people on life style of city life. That is why they need to find other life style and space. For example, America have 55 retirement city with 'Sun City' from 1960. But, there is no model or something in Korea. We could handle with the Age-friendly city from America on that we did follow many things. We analyzed Silver city Leisure World and Angeles Plaza of many suburb silver Residential Area of downtown which have more than ten thousand. The category of study is the city space of Residential Area development theory, the neighborhood, traffic etc,. The way was seeking for the Korean Residential Area retirements which is the biggest social risk by rapid increasing in Korea. |
