Abstract |
To own a house is very important for life. The highest growth rate of people owing homes appears in thirties. At this time, they have children. they want to maintain a stable living environment, by owning a house. Normally, the economic condition and social status is different depending on age. The age gap is vastly becoming larger between home ownership. Home ownerships is non-existent in the younger ages between twenties and thirties than as one ages the people purchase homes. Charter tenant(Jeonsei) ratios of young people was decreased and monthly rental(Wolsei) ratios of theirs was increased from 1995. Home ownership is influenced by economic condition like the lack of housing in the 1980s, economic crisis IMF in the late 1990s, global economic crisis since 2008. In 1980s, the household ownership had increased explosively because of the baby boomer era had married and had a baby at that time. The amount of house stock was not enough for people, and the speed of house construction was not caught up with the increase of people purchasing homes. therefore, the Lack of housing in the 1980s, the home ownership of 30s(now 50s) at that time were lower than the others. After IMF economic crisis, young people's monthly rental ratios have increased. In global economic crisis from 2008, monthly rental ratios have increased continually. In 2010, economic condition and housing stability of young people in the 20s and 30s have stated poor living condition. The housing policy must focus on raising the opportunity for young people's home ownership like mortgage and public rental housing supply for the young generation. |
