First, physical environment of driveway and sidewalk in the commercial street affected action of pedestrians, actions of crossing were relatively higher than other actions in vitalized commercial street. Second, in order to vitalized commercial street, hierarchy of sidewalk is higher in commercial street of less than 15m, it is desired that planting belt and frontage space of building used on street planning. And for pedestrian safety, curve type has an advantage of straight in driveway planning. Third, in order to vitalized commercial street, it has been analyzed that one-way road or restricted pedestrian road is more effective than two-lane road when street improve to middle-2 level-road of scale. And when street planned, it is desirable to plan a hierarchy of sidewalk more higher , not to make up a height difference between driveway and sidewalk.
