| Abstract |
The purpose of this study is to analyze the problems of public construction BIM delivery guides and to draw the improvement of BIM RFP. Since BIM was introduced in Korea in 2007, it has been applied to multiple public construction projects. Yet the specific standards which can be applied to practical business were inadequate and BIM use remains at the elementary level. This study has analyzed four domestic and foreign delivery guides and nine public construction BIM projects. Delphi technique was applied to draw forty-six improvement plans of RFP from BIM specialists. Moreover, the final improvement plans were drawn after comparing with previous studies. The results of this study can contribute to promote the active use of BIM in Korea. |
