Abstract |
This study set out to propose directions for more improved criteria in autonomous districts with no deliberation criteria for the story control deregulation in urban-type residential housing and provide research data used to set management directions for medium-scale housing developments that would meet the introduction purports by comparing the autonomous districts that were operating a set of deliberation criteria for the story control deregulation in urban-type residential housing and analyzing their deliberation criteria for their orientations and content and characteristics of regulation and inducement The analysis results were as follows: first, there were perceptions of a need to set the goals of deliberation; second, regulations were needed to induce the activation of medium-scale housing developments; third, it was needed to develop various story equity management indexes to meet the convenience and benefits of autonomous districts; and finally, there was a need for integrated operation standards to promote consistency in complex-type housing management |
