Abstract Recently as a way to overcome the limitations of fiber-reinforced concrete(FRC), it is considered that development possibility of HPHRC(High Performance Hybrid fiber Reinforced concrete) is high, because HPHRC containing one or more type of fiber which differ in length and mixing proportion permits to control the structural cracks and increase the toughness of the concrete composites. However the existing researches which excludes the influence of the compressive strength are far from practical application. This paper is a fundamental study on the compressive strength properties to induce a high strength and flexibility of HPFRC. So it concentrates on highlighting mechanical property of high strength mortar reinforced by hybrid fiber.
