Abstract |
This study examines the relevant legal regulation and selects 15 public housing complexes completed in 2012-2014 to derive the improvements of the public housing parking lot installation standard. As a result of the field study, first, it is necessary to examine the feasibility of the parking lot installation standards of the strengthened guidelines compared to the general housing construction standards. Second, diversification of type of parking lot installation is necessary. Rather than focusing on strengthening the installation standards of underground parking lots, it is important to secure accessibility from ground parking lots. Third, public rental housing complexes have a relatively high percentage of truck and light Motor vehicles. Therefore, it is necessary to consider the ownership status of each type of car. |
