Abstract |
In this study, a reference plane module of the multi-residential building is proposed for applying open housing method. It makes possible to procure a degree of freedom on the elevation design, especially by introducing the Architectural Precast Concrete(APC) panel. A spatial common bay-width was found by analyzing typical spatial units of Korean multi-residential buildings and modularized by a 3-story unit plane. It consists of two mesonnette units and two plane units. The building was classified into three types based on shear wall types and the number of building stories. For each type column sections and concrete strength were analysed, considering the constructability of an efficient formwork system for construction costs. The connection locations between APC and structure were suggested by the stress analysis under the wind load and lifting load. The APC panel with a thickness of 100mm was designed taking into account the self-weight, wind load and lifting load. |
