On the basis of these analysis, 10 childcare centers and 6 kindergartens are investigated according to the criteria for field survey which consist of space composition and planing factors. Lastly, in order to improve the safety problems of those facilities, the guideline for creating safe spacial environment in the design, construction and renovation process is presented, considering current status of legal and operating system.
