Abstract |
In this study, the fire resistant panels using blast furnace slag and fiber(pp, steel, hybrid) was constructed and tested to prevent the spalling
of high strength concrete. Structural performance of reinforced concrete beams with fire resistant panel was evaluated such as
load-displacement, failure mode, maximum load carrying capacity, and ductility, after exposure to fire test. In Specimen BSS-F, maximum
load carrying capacity was decreased by 21% in comparison with specimen BSS. It was also happened shear failure at the final tests. Test
results showed that Specimen BSBPP-F series, BSBS-F series, and BSBPS-F series was increased the maximum load carrying capacity by
10~28% and the ductility capacity by 59~363% respectively in comparison with the Specimen BSS-F. Specimen with the fire resistant panel
showed stable behavior and it was found that maximum load carrying capacity was increased. |
