Abstract |
The purpose of this study is to analyze the change in the image of high school students in the construction industry, which is an important
potential resource for the future construction industry, and to suggest ways to improve the negative image that is urgent to be solved.
According to the results of this study, the common negative images of high school students in the industrial and humanities industries are
'successful construction', 'business ethics' and 'working environment'. In addition, the analysis of image improvement activities by domestic
institutions showed that most of them have a lot of social contribution meaning and that there are few activities that teenagers can
experience in person. This study shows that high school students did not have a large number of surveys due to Corona 19, and that the
image improvement activities of advanced countries were limited to Japanese cases. As a result, further research needs to be conducted to
overcome the limitations of this study in the future and to prepare policy measures to utilize the image of the construction industry in
practice. |
