Abstract The purpose of this study was to suggest the direction of architectural planning for Korean Public Housing in Post-corona era. This study targets the winning works of the 2020 and 2021 Korea Public Housing Design Competition and sets the scope of the study to the housing planning characteristics of recent cases in corona-responsive public housing complexes. The result of the analysis showed that First, it is necessary to consider a semi-private spaces that lowers the density of public housing planning. Second, variability is important planning factor in public housing planning in Post-corona era, it is necessary to improve design technology and systems. Third, it is necessary to prepare a plan to prevent infectious diseases in public housing complexes that can respond to the spread of infectious diseases such as COVID-19. In particular, there is a need for public housing planning that can respond to crisis situations in unit, building, and outside planning.
