Abstract |
This study aimed to evaluate the relationships between the service quality factors of the metaverse-based model house platforms, user
satisfaction and reuse intention in Korea. Therefore, it analyzed the effects of the service quality factors of the metaverse-based model house
platforms on user satisfaction and reuse intention among the MZ generation in 2023, surveying 150 subjects. As a result, this study revealed
that the empathy and responsiveness traits of the platform had positive effects on user satisfaction and the intention to reuse, showing that
the metaverse model houses could meet the expectations of the MZ generation. Thus, this study highlights the potential of metaverse model
houses as a tool for real estate marketing, offering possibilities for cost reduction for builders and lessening the financial burden on
consumers. In addition, it emphasizes the importance of service development that prioritizes user experience and the creation of customized
services reflecting the characteristics of the MZ generation. |
