Abstract |
The purpose of this study is to present an efficient motivation plan to promote the vocational consciousness and willingness of engineer in the construction site. The conclusions obtained through this study are as follows. 1) The level of job motivation is quite low overall, and the employee level is very low compared to other positions. 2) The main factors that lowered job motivation were found to be generally consistent with the items with high needs and those that needed to be improved, and the main items were incentives and wages, reduction of working hours, benefits, opportunities to learn new things, and work discretion. This study was conducted to identify the level of job motivation for technical personnel in construction sites and to suggest ways to improve the factors that deteriorate job motivation. However, this study has limitations in that it has not been able to present specific improvement methods for the factors that deteriorate, and has limitations in that it has not been able to present methods for analyzing and improving the level of motivation for personnel in other industries such as design offices. In the future, follow-up studies will be conducted on this. |
