| Abstract |
The purpose of this study is to analyze planning factors reflecting the specific characteristics of industrial facilities and to propose effective
evaluation indicators to ensure eco-friendliness throughout the life cycle of these facilities. For the research method, a survey was
conducted on 301 individuals, including manufacturing workers and the general public, to investigate perceptions of eco-friendliness and the
importance of evaluation items within the Green Standard for Energy and Environmental Design (G-SEED). The collected data were
statistically processed using SPSS for descriptive statistics, mean comparison, correlation, and regression analysis. The results revealed a
perception that while industrial facilities have a high impact on environmental pollution, their level of environmental consideration is very
low, leading to a high demand for the establishment of separate certification standards for industrial facilities. In particular, 'Materials and
Resources' and 'Maintenance' were identified as core areas. By selecting key influencing factors for each category?such as the ecological
value of the site, solar control planning, and the installation of resource storage facilities?this study provides a theoretical basis for
developing future eco-friendly certification indicators for industrial facilities |
