Abstract In order to implement a digital twin that can be utilized for disaster safety management, it is necessary to introduce s-BIM that can model the structural system and component units without error at the modeling stage of DT Level 1, and m-BIM modeling that can reflect the status of the on-site structure and manage data in an integrated manner. In this paper, we present the possibility of plementing a level 3 digital twin that can model, monitor, and simulate a pipe rack structure in the on-site physical area in the virtual area. In the case of a structure with a very large length such as a pipe rack, it is judged that it can be utilized very effectively for maintenance and disaster response by installing acceleration measurement sensors at each section.
