| Abstract |
The study is concerned with the Archiectural History of popular Housing in Seoul from the last period of Choson Dynasty to A.D 1970.There are private houses mainly in seoul from late Choson Dynasty to 1953, but tenement houses had been increased Period from 1954 to 1965 to be cleared up serious housing shortage occured during Korean War and started to construct apartment in seoul period from 1957 to 1970.The housing construction is showed mainly wooden house in Seoul under circumstance by new housing construction materials, method of engineering and age, social, economical situation period from 1945 to 1953 and house constructed with clay brick which is unit of area 9 pyeong is showed mainly period from 1954 to 1956 just over the Korean war, but it is great change that house which is unit of area from 39.6m2 to 66m2 constructed with stone block, cement block, concrete block, brick, R.C, P.C had been showed various change period from 1957 to 1970 established permanent housing construction master plan by the Korean Government. |
