| Abstract |
Rapid population growth and a high rate of rural-urban migration from the important background for the squatter problem. In the city of Pusan conditions of urban slum and squatter areas have been in the sub-standard state due to the formation and continuing growth of them. With some reservations in the special conditions of Pusan, though various policies for redevelopment and relocation of slums have been adopted, they seem to be irrelevant.In this paper the policies for redevelopment and relocation of slum were evaluated and the physical environmental condition in the area developed by the policies was investigated. |
