A Study on the Urban Development Criteria for Consideration of Architectural Heritages |
| Abstract |
The purpose of this study is to propose the urban development criteria for conservation of our architectural heritages and its suroundings from deterioration. Our architectural heritages and its surroundings should be protected by the method of integrated conservation as well as followings,1.Protection area shall be in the range of circle with the radius of which is more than 3H.(His height of the building to be conserved)2.Height of surrounding buildings shall be in the range of less than the angle of elevation 12 from the view point that is located opposite spot on the boundary line with radius of R=3H.3.Land use around the heritage shall be controlled to prevent it from various pollutions and unexpected disasters, and be subdivided more adequately according to the zoning and district regulations. |
