| Abstract |
Residential development used to be stereotyped molds which are shaped by the concept of lot by lot uniform building regulations.This paper reviews the concept of Land Use Intensity which was developed for the better Planned Unit Development by FHA in the United States.Nine apartment housing districts in Seoul were analyzed in terms of the Land Use Intensity Rating to demonstrate how to apply this new control measure to various residential developments. |
