| Abstract |
By this time any heeds were not paid to the contribution of multi-family dwelling unit because it was thought of as an unproper dwelling type.But many people are living in such dwellings and satisfied with it by their own ways.In this research investigation, which is concerned with the types and living conditions which are in existence, has been made.And then how to encourage the merits and supplement the demerits was proposed.Through the study some conclusions were drawn;(1)Multi-family dwelling units are able to be planned to be the desirable housing types.(2)These types of housing are more profitable than any other types in renting at cheaper values.(3)The rent and the lease make a small society by their mutual help.(4)Some directions to improve the condition of multi-family dwelling units are proposed in this study. |
