Abstract Recent several empirical studies have demonstrated that resident's evaluation of the environmental conditions are associated with perceived dwelling quality. Dwelling quality has been expressed in terms of users' satisfaction for their residential settings or their preferences for an ideal environment in which to live.48 elements concerned in dwelling quality are used for stepwise multiple regression analysis. It finds that;1)Users' evaluation for dwelling environment condition is affected by physical setting and ambient environmental characteristics more than perceived community facilities, public services, and management and economic characteristics.2)The most important evaluation criteria elements to the prediction of dwelling quality are the evaluation of Size, Orientation, Convenience of living activities, Playground, Public transportation and Sale price.
