A research on the Flexibility of Apartment Housing |
| Abstract |
The present research forms the part(II) of the main research which is to develope a unit plan which has flexibility for dewellers' changing, at their own option, its inner space in order to cope with the variety of deweling life and the growth and mutation of generation.Especially, the present research shows 14 basic model plans which are made on the foundation of the research(1) published before, and gives, at same time, the examples of their transformation.At this point, 14 basic model plans are made under the following scope of flexibility;1.To give the flexibility in the whole of public and private part.2.To give the flexibility in the public part mainly.3.To give the flexibility in the private part mainly.In addition, the factors of the floor consitution in the model plan is followings;1.The range of area is 35-85m22.Considering the approach direction of the unit plan.3.Considering the combination method of fixed and variable part.It is anticipated that the present research could be a fundermental data for the study of related fields in the future.More detailed research as for such branches as structure, construction, material, etc., should, however, follow in order to make a practical transformation of such a unit plan. |
