| Abstract |
In hospital, the heavy traffic of men and goods occurs. Especially, outpatient department is one of the biggest traffic factors. Futhermore, after the execution of the medical insurance has been expanded, many outpatients concentrate at outpatient department in general hospital.For this reason, many problems such as outpatient's long waiting, congestion, the loss of various circulation systems are noted. Thus, in planning and designing outpatient department, in general hospital, it is very important to settle the various circulation systems of out patient department Therefore, through the survey of outpatients' and nurses' activity and the investigation of the circulation of goods, this study is aimed to disclose outpatients' circulation type and the problems in outpatient waiting . Also it is intended to suggest proper methods for the desirable circulation systems of outpatient department. |
