Abstract |
This Paper is discussed to the mechanics of slip and bond stresses of deformed bars in reinforced concrete members with high strength concrete.The important conclusions are as follows :1. The experimental equation for maximum average bond stress concerning relative concrete strength in pull-out tests can be shown as follows :2.In the distribution of local bond stress, the vicinyty of load-end is greater than free-end, but according to apporoach to ultimate bearing force, local bond stress at free-end greater than load-end when the development length for a deformed bar is short in beam-column joint. |
