| Abstract |
Korea has endeavored to expand the quantity of its housing construction and in the future will have to be concerned with the qualitative standard as well. The direction for improvement of the housing standard and its overall improvement are necessary.In Korea the first 10 year housing construction plan was implemented between 1972 and 1981. Centering on the housing constructed during this period, from the housing standard point of view, an international comparison of the housing situation and housing policy is made and a direction for improvement of the housing standard is established.According to land and housing policies and city planning centering on housing and living environment and welfare, the improvement of environmental facilities can be made possible. |
