A Study on the Development of Design Factors by Human Use of Space |
Abstract |
This study has been implemented for the investigation of environmental improvement in elementary school design. To recognize overall problems occuring from the relationships between the built environment of public schools and their user groups, behavioral research methods were properly reorganized. The research methods were composed of as follows;the observational survey to the behavior of students, the observational survey to physical traces, questionnaire of post-occupancy evalution to teachers and interviews with school masters.We have properly chosen 4 schools on the basis of the results appeared on the previous preliminary survey which had been implemented with the established date, the location, the size of school bulding and the allocational condition of existing blocks. |
