| Abstract |
In measuring the quality of house living, there has been three concepts as a standard implement : Habitability, Livability, and Privacy. The concept of habitability is the minimum standard of a house as a physical equipment which covers house living.On the other hand, the concept of livability and privacy is the desirable level as a functional object. Habitability has its standard in 'structure' itself, but Livability and Privacy, in 'efficiency'.This paper is to study those three concepts-Habitability, Livability, and Privacy-by analyzing and comparing them correlatively. These concepts of measurement of house living are the important matter for the planners because it is at the mercy of the effect of house living according as they controll them. |
