A Study on the Establishment Place and the Use of Educational Facilities |
| Abstract |
This research is related to the former Research(I) (1987.4 Vol.3, Number2). While the purpose of the former (I) is to present the problem of the location and the use of educational facilities according to walking distance and pedestrain passway between school and home, the Research(II) is to present the model of establishment standards and forms and the desirable location and the use of educational facilities in existing and new apartment housing complex. Major foundings are as following;1) Evaluation criteria of the function of educational facilities are conformed to the neighborhood unit, community school and educational place.2) An appropriated systematic arrangement should be established for housing complex and educational facilities.3) Standards for educational environment should be upgraded by suggesting master plans as a optimum school, a branch school to new apartment housing complex. |
