| Abstract |
The housing form is influenced by the mode and image of human life, natural environment, social environment and culture. This study analyzes the factors that influence dwelling patterns of the traditional coastal villages in the islands in Tongyeong-Gun.As the result of the study, we expect to obtain the design data and the desirable scheme for housing design and regional development adaptable to the locality.The details of this paper are research and analysis on the characteristics of coastal area, living style, the characteristics of rural housing in the coastal area that influence dwelling patterns. The data obtained through surveying rural housing were analyzed by using SPSS. |
