| Abstract |
The critical loads or the square of rectangular plates with inner cut-outs are computed by finite element method. In this paper rectangular element is adopted ; i,e the element has four nodes and 3 degrees of freedom per node.The change of critical loads due to cut-out sizes and their locations and also due to edge fixities(simply supported edge;f=0.0, completely fixed edge;f=1.0) are summarized in tabular forms. |
