Contemporary architectural design should meet the indigenous lacality of the building site's environment. An adequet adaptation to the locality will bring more efficient use, lower running-costs, and longer durability of original beauty of the building.In Korea, however, any proper design guide-lines and standards have not been established yet. This research was aimed to find how to optimize an architectural desigh in adapting to the Korean indiqenous locality. |
