A Study on the Scales of Regulation in Korean Building Law |
| Abstract |
Application of regulations of Building Law to a specific building depends on the scale and the use of that building.The standatd of application is decided experientially sometimes even allowing for social happenings. Hence it is always possible that there are non-proper standard.In this study, the scales of the application standards in current Korean Building Law-sity area, building area, floor area, gross floor area, height and floor number were totally investigated and analysed and the meaning of the standard scales and their relationship were analysed. As the result, it was clarified that some parts of current parts of current Building Law regulations need rational adjustment of the scale standards and their value, and the course of was suggested. |
