| Abstract |
In the analysis of braced frames, the hysteretic characteristics of bracing members have not been known clearly. In this paper, we examine the hysteretic behavior of bracing members and K-braced frames by an experiment and analysis.A series of tests are carried out by selecting selenderness ratio as the major parameter.K-type braced frame which beam is sound and eccentricity is zero is tested under cyclic loading.When we compare the test results with theoretical analysis, there are little difference among them. |
