| Abstract |
The purpose of this study is to establish improvement devices desirable for the renewal of the central districts in Seoul.In conclusion, optimal scale in urban renewal of central districts can be devided three standard point of follows.First:The case of small scale in area is less than 1ha, this scale belongs to the one block size.Second:The area of mid-scale is 1~3ha, this scale belongs to the two block size.Third:The case of large scale in renewal project is more than 3ha in size, this scale belongs to over the two block size. |
