| Abstract |
The multi-family houses, having merits as low-cost collective housing, have been expected to meet the housing demands of the low-income groups in Korea.Recent statistics showed, howerver,that the most of multi-family houses were owned by "middle-income" groups who could either purchase them or pay running costs while the low-income groups could not aford to.This study was, therefore, aimed to establish some adequate standard designs of multi-family houses for the low-income families in Korea. |
