| Abstract |
The lack of synthetical image in contents of unit planning and the indistinctness of image as the general dwelling aspect, in the light of unit planning concept which is 'establishment of unit plan corresponding to life pattern.', is considered as the most fundamental factors among many problems so far pointed out.The purpose of this study is eventually to find unit planning corresponding to changing aspect and variety of the dwelling needs. And method of this study is based on survey of the actual life condition. Also the main purpose of this survey is to grasp changing aspect and variety in the dwelling pattern more dynamically and to compare how dwelling trend is changed according to difference of size and type of unit plan. So principal viewpoint of a method is focused upon noticing activities of 'Residence removal' which is direct and realistic one in dwelling needs and variety and upon pursuing the existing residence, the previous one and the one before last.Conclusion of this study is divided into two parts, and could be summarized as follows:1) Research(1) is to grasp variety and requirements in the public-private space of exsiting dwelling, through the viewpoint of 1 the growth and variety of family formation, especially growth process of children and 2 variety of dwelling aspectin microscopic view.2) Research (2) is to grasp continuous trend of dwelling activities in the previous residence and the one before last through the same viewpoint of 1,2 in Research (1),and then it is for the more dynamic grasping of changing of dwelling aspect over long period. |
