An Impact Analysis On the house Site to the increase of multifamily living density |
| Abstract |
The housing policy objective of providing one dwelling unit per household but we know little about the demand for various dimensions of housing space which affects the levels of crowding. Renters have to live in other houses. Therefore, multifamily house is desirable in which it is efficient in land use and house shortage solution. However, multifamily house is built in single-family housing site or detaching exising house.From this result several housing problems occurred, that is, sunshine is shutted off and caused problems such as site facilities shortage, infrastructure over-weight, and shortage of parking area. This study analyze the housing quality deteriorated and service consumption with the method of factor analysis and ANOVA.The result indicates that the improvements of problems caused is to be relieved and realized with the guarantee of housing service and formulation of an act to multifamily in Building Code and Housing Construction special Act. And also, the establishement of the allocation plan of urban and site facilities considered population density not lot-oriented but housing type is to relieved the urban planning problems. |
