A study on Structural Improvement for the Development of Housing Policy |
| Abstract |
Housing is liable to be a social problem because of lack of supply and low quality. Housing policy is a series of public devices to overcome housing problems. A fundmental change should be attempted in the approach in order to positively solve the serious housing problem.This paper aims to study structural devices to improve the supply and quality of housing in our country's housing policy in the future. Therefore it suggests the separation of function in housing policy, the establishement of systematic housing laws, the improvement of construction standards in communities and of housing administration.It is shown that the housing policy should be changed from being business-oriented to being policyoriented. |
