| Abstract |
The aim of this study is to explain the principle of the planning of Korean urban detached houses, analyzing 5239 plans collected at 4 cities in the south area.In the view of the composition of the plan, Anbang has been transiting from the back of L.R to the front of the plan. L.R is regarded as the passage space, not the family room. This brought about that all the family life is concetrated at Anbang. Being due to it, Anbang is enlarging.In the relation to these aspects, the composition of space area is unbalanced between the living space and the un-living space, the retio is 8:2.These are considered to be the characteristic of the modernization of the planning and the living style of Korean Houses. |
