Abstract The purpose of this study is to analyze and evaluate the result by measuring the widely used reverberation time, sound pressure level distribution, echo condition, and noise insulation efficiency of doors in order to evaluate the objective acoustical characteristics of concert hall and rehearsal room in seoul Art Center.The results of this study show that in case of concert hall reverberation time arrived to 2.60 seconds at 500Hz in unoccupied condition, but there are the very long special phenomenon in high frequency, sound pressure level distirbution is a stable condition, but the reduction of sound pressure largely came out in the distance from sound source to the front low of a seat for a guest, echo may be likely to occur in main floor and stage, noise insulationneed the reinforcement of a single door, and rehearsal room has a small capacity, so reverberation time is short, echo is usually stable.
