| Abstract |
Urban planning system is a complex system in which political, social, economic, and cultural systems are woven complicatedly at various levels. Therefore urban planning systems should be cleared by setting the resolution levels with respect to many indices. The main purpose of this stydy is to recognize the aims, the ideology, the basic principles, and the methods of urban planning in both Germany and Japan. There make a vast difference between them in the means and methods of urban planning to achive these aims, ideolgy, and basic princple. And this study is to furnish the basic data on which Korea will improve urban planning system thereafter. |
