Title |
An Experimental Study on the Development and Engineering Properties of High Strength Concrete |
Abstract |
The obvious advantage of ultra-high-strength concrete would be one of economic benefit to the construction industry, since the size or number of structural elements could be reduced by decreasing dead loads allowing thinner concrete sections and longer beam spans. It is the aim of this study to compare and investigate consistency and workability, compressive and tensile strength, dynamic and static inodulus of elasticity, pulse velocity, rebound number, stress-strain curve of high strength concrete by potential use of superplasticizing agents produce structural concretes for building construction. |
